I have just downloaded and read through your book. I would love nothing more than to get this woman back into my life. I tottally understand your steps and have already implemented them by sending her the letter that states i understand, i take responsibility, and i will give her the space and the no communication letter. i have dealt with some pretty heavy blows in my life and was in the midst of dealing with some prety heavy psychological trauma. As a result she unfortunatly took some pretty heavy verbal blows as a result of my baggage. How is it possible for her to ever look at me again and know that it wasnt my intent to mistreat and or have her be affected by my unfortunate past? Hello.
